If you're trying to sign up with a roadrunner email address - those ending in @roadrunner.com or @rr.com, then you will not be able to receive any emails from Base Camp Trading. This is because the system that we use to communicate with our customers will not send to roadrunner.com or rr.com email addresses. This isn't something that we agree with, but it's something that's beyond our control.
If you'd like to receive emails from us, you'll need to use an email other than one ending in roadrunner.com or rr.com.
