How to access the Trade Scanner Pro*

Log into your BCT Dashboard at https://basecamptrading.com/login/?redirect_to=/member-area/  with the credentials provided

Select Trade Scanner Pro in the left navigation menu -or- Tools > Trade Scanner Pro in your dashboard

Enter your same BCT login credentials in the Trade Scanner Pro login screen

Note: After logging into the TSP for the first time via your BCT Dashboard, you will then be able to log directly in via the Trade Scanner Pro login at https://www.tradescannerpro.com/login, if you wish 

In your Trade Scanner Pro dashboard, you are then able to access each of the scan tools and the guide in the top navigation menu -or- each of the scan tools in the dashboard

If you have trouble with links, site access, navigation, or video playback, you'll want to check that your connection is sufficient and stable. You'll then want to check your browser settings to ensure that basecamptrading.com is added as a trusted/allowed site, popups/redirects allowed, and cookies enabled. You might also clear your cache. Trying a different browser may also resolve the issue. If you have additional security/firewall software, you may need to lower those security settings as well. If you have password keeper/autofill software, you'll want to ensure that the correct credentials are stored there.
