How to install the Live Trading Room app

The Live Trading Room app allows you to remotely view the Live Trading Rooms, as well as get alerts posted within the rooms.  

To install the ProTradingRoom v3 app by BelleSoft:

Log into your BCT account and navigate to the Live Trading Rooms section of your dashboard

Select the trading room you would like to sync to your mobile app (once installed)

Enter the live trading room, as you normally would, entering/verifying the name you would like to appear, and select Login

Select the 3-dot menu in the upper left of the screen

Select Mobile App Info

Note the email address and PIN code displayed

You can select the appropriate app store for your device to download the app from the mobile app info there -or-

On your device you would like to install the mobile app on, navigate to the Play Store

Search for “ProTradingRoom v3”

Select Install for the correct app

Once the app finishes installing, select Open

Select I GOT A PIN CODE ALREADY

On the pop-up window, select Allow to allow PTRv3 to send you notifications

The paired rooms should display on the next screen. Select Launch next to the room you would like to join. You may need to Sync All Available Rooms if you are not seeing the room you would like to join

To enable push notifications (for announcements), select the 3-dot menu in the upper left of the screen

Select Settings

Enable Push Notification
