How to retrieve your BCT password

If you have forgotten or lost your Base Camp Trading password then follow these simple steps: (If you forgot your password for a non-Base Camp Trading system, please contact the provider of that system for assistance.)

Step 1: Click on the "ACCESS MEMBER AREA" link on the top-right of our website.

STEP 2: Click on the "Forgot your password?" link below the login area.

STEP 3: Enter your email that is used for your account.

STEP 4: Check your email to retrieve your password. (be sure to check the spam folder if you don't see the email initially)
