If you see a screen similar to what's shown below, it's likely that your eero mesh router's settings have blocked a website that you're trying to reach. The error router offers a phone-based app that allows you to modify the router's settings. If you're confident that the website you're trying to reach is something that shouldn't be blocked, you can report the blocking to eero, and then whitelist the website.
It's important that you click on the Report Inacuracy link so that the eero makers can adjust their list of blocked sites. Clicking that link should open your default mail program and prepopulate a new email with the blocked site and reason so you can just send the email to them for review.
And here's a link with instructions on how to whitelist a website using the eero app:

If you're not able to whitelist our site, or it doesn't work, you might be able to use a different method to connect to our website that avoids having to go through the eero router. If you have a cell phone, and you have sufficient data and speed (be careful not to use too much data on an expensive limited data plan), then you might be able to use your phone as a hotspot. First, check if your phone can reach our site by disabling wifi so that it's not connected to the same router your PC was using (and the eero router). If you're able to reach our website using your cellular connection, then it might help to enable your phone as a hotspot, and then connect to your phone from your PC as your router to reach our site. That is, from your PC, you would select the wifi network that your phone has created rather than your original wifi network. Some phones have a Bluetooth option, which would require that you pair the phone with your desktop and then activate 'tethering' with your phone. Once established, see if you can reach our site.
