If you're struggling to get your title bars to be visible in Tradestation 10, providing access to the window controls, here's a way we know works as of TS Update 91. If there's an easier way, please let us know!
The only place we could find the command to toggle the title bars is under the Hot Keys function. The solution is to create a Hot Key for that function, and then use it to toggle them on or off.
Open the Hot Keys dialog, which can be found by right-clicking on the background of a chart, select Settings, then Hot Keys...
This opens the Hot Keys dialog box. Select the Command Line Macros category and the Desktop_WindowTitleBars Command, as shown in the following image. You can then click on None in the Press new Hot Key box, and choose a key combination to make it a Hot Key to trigger this command. In this example, we've used Ctrl+Shift+3. Hit the Assign button to assign that key combo to toggle the command, and click close. Once correctly assigned, hold down Ctrl, Shift, and tap the 3 key, and you'll see your title bars toggle on or off in the current workspace. You can use the same hot key to hide them if they're temporarily not needed, reducing visual clutter.
With the Windows Title Bars visible, you regain access to the window controls for that chart, as shown here:
If you would like to minimize the visual distraction of the Symbol and Interval linking buttons, you can set them to appear as thin lines instead of the large symbols shown above. This setting is under the main menu's File/Preferences/Desktop.... In the desktop preferences dialog, under the General tab, look to toggle the option to Show thin Window Linking icons above title bar in the Window Linking section, as outlined here.
And this results in your window, with the title bar showing, appearing as follows:
