If you're not able to see individual chat messages in the Alerts and/or Chat areas within the trading room, there are a fewof reasons why. Give these potential solutions a try to see if it resolves your issue:
First
First, you can check if your chat area has been minimized, effectively hiding the chat area. If so, then your window may appear as follows, where all you see is the broadcast area of the screen.
If you look closely, way over to the left of the screen, you'll see a vertical array of white dot pairs, pointed to by the red arrow in the image. Below is a magnified image of those dots, again, pointed to by the red arrow in the image (the red arrow will not appear on your screen, however). If you click and hold on that set of white dots, you can drag it to the right to expand out the chat area. Pull it to the right to a width that you prefer, and the chart text will fit within that newly-expanded area. Let go of the mouse button to release it where you'd like it to be, making sure that you leave enough room so you can still see the room moderator's broadcasted screen.
Once positioned correctly, it should have the spacing as shown here (we're just showing the left half of the screen here, with the chat messages blurred). If this didn't resolve it, continue on to the next suggested step to try.
Second
If expanding the chat area didn't fix the issue, then you can try resetting the layouts within the trading room. There's an options menu in the upper left of the screen. Click on that options menu (the three stacked horizontal gray lines), then select the Page Layouts menu choice, then the All In One menu choice to reset the layout to its defaults. Those 3 choices are highlighted in red in the image, below.
Third
if that still doesn't work, then it's possible that your browser's zoom level has been set too high. That is, your text and general magnification is too big and needs to be set closer to 100%.
Here's what the trading room might look like if your zoom level is too high:
You see a very large options menu at the upper left, and the phone, text, and other icons are very large. Again, this is likely because you've set the zoom level too high in the browser. This can usually be resolved by reducing the zoom level.
The zoom level in many browsers can be changed by holding the CTRL key and rolling the mouse wheel forward or backward if your mouse has one.
If that doesn't work, or if you don't have a mouse wheel, here's where you can change the zoom setting via the browser's settings. Click on the options menu at the upper right, which is often a set of 3 dots or lines (e.g. highlighted in red in the following image). In the menu that pops up, find the Zoom setting (also highlighted in red in the following image). Change that zoom setting to 100%, and see if that resolves the issue. You can then adjust it slightly, e.g. to 125% or whatever is comfortable for you to easily see the screen without making it too big. Note that if your window or screen is too small, it might be hard to see some of the writing, so make sure you've enlarged your window to the full size of your computer's screen. Note that this example is from the Brave browser, which is based on Chrome, and should be about the same. Microsoft's latest browser is also based on Chrome and should look similar.
