What is my Sierra Chart Username?

To get your Sierra Chart username is required for us to grant your access to your Base Camp Trading indicators.  We require the exact spelling of your Sierra login username, and letter case does matter.  You’ll find your account name using the menu Help/About as shown in the following image:

You can then locate Account Name in the list of values that appear.  Copy the Account Name exactly as it appears, including any punctuation, like an underscore or hyphen.  In the example shown in the following image, you’ll see Sierra as the login name, with a capital S.
