If you've signed up for a webinar and you aren't receiving links to the event in your email, it may be that your mail provider is filtering the messages. If you're able to whitelist an address in your mail system, the messages will typically come from customercare@gotowebinar.com
However, we know that there are some mail providers that won't allow you to adjust filters or whitelist, and the messages just won't come through. One simple way around this is to create a separate mail address from a mail service that doesn't filter them. We've found that a free gmail account will allow the messages through. We realize this isn't an ideal solution, as many people don't want to have to monitor an additional email address, but it might work to allow you to attend if other methods fail.
Another potential source of blockage is GoToWebinar/GoToMeeting itself. Some of our users have reported that GoToWebinar had marked their email address as undeliverable after bouncing one or more times, and GoToWebinar had the email on a do not send list for that reason. Be sure to whitelist gotowebinar's email addresses before contacting them, as if it bounces again, you could end up back on the list again even after they remove you. Instructions on what addresses to whitelist are included in the article linked at the bottom of this article. You can contact GoToWebinar support to see if one of their representatives can find and clear the email address from their blocked list. You can reach GoToWebinar support via instructions found at this link on their site: https://support.goto.com/webinar/help/how-do-i-contact-gotowebinar-customer-support-g2w090151 . Note that if this page comes up in Chrome without information on "How do I contact GoToWebinar Customer Support", try using Chrome's Incognito Window to view it. Please don't try the recommended step to contact the webinar organizer. Instead, follow the instructions listed to reach a support agent by phone. Once you reach a support agent, ask them to find and clear your email address from being blocked in their database.
If none of these methods work, try the solution steps offered in this knowledge base article.
