How do I update the default Instrument Lists in NinjaTrader 8?

Instrument lists in NinjaTrader 8 (NT8) provide groupings of symbols associated with a name known by traders, such as the 30 stocks in the Dow (DJIA), or the stocks in the NASDAQ 100 (NDX) or SP500.  The members of these lists can change, so the NT8 instrument lists can get out of sync with the current settings.

NinjaTrader 8 offers a way to refresh and update these lists to get them back in alignment with the current symbols that should be part of each list.  To do this, from the NT8 Control Center, click Tools / Database Management.  The following window will appear.  Locate the Update instruments section and expand that section by clicking on that section header.  Use the Update button within that section to update the lists.
