If you're an option trader, you may want some help from TOS' Option Hacker to select the right option. Some PATI users have asked how to use the PATI Scanner's detections to find PATI Options. The process shown in this video works well, though it's a bit manual. You'll want to use a unique watchlist for your PATI results each time. Using a YYYYMMDD format for the date in the watchlist name can be helpful, as shown in the video. By the way, old watchlists can be deleted using the Delete command near the bottom of any watchlist selector. Watch the video to see how the two-step option scanning process is done. You should be able to specify a saved scan as the input to a watchlist or to the option hacker, but it seems to only work sometimes, so the manual process described here is a good workaround.
