If you're using the ProTradingRoom app on your mobile device, and you're not finding any rooms when pressing the SYNC ALL AVAILABLE ROOMS button, then you may be using a version of the app that's newer than our room trading software version. Also, make sure that you've specified the email you use to log into the Base Camp Trading website under the app's Account Settings. And know that using a VPN can sometimes block access to the rooms.
Make sure you're using the app named PTRV3. If you need help finding that app, search for the vendor name, Bellesoft. Use the one that's circled in red in the image, below.
