Sometimes traders have difficulty locating products they purchased from Base Camp Trading. Here's how products are delivered, and how you can find what you're looking for.
When you purchase something from Base Camp Trading, you'll usually receive an email that identifies what you purchased and how to access it. They may provide a direct link to the product and related materials, or it may refer you to a specific section of our website. If you can't find the email, then check your spam folder, and verify with our support team (firstname.lastname@example.org) that you haven't accidentally blocked our emails. They can work with you to assure you get your purchased products.
Our website contains much of the materials that we sell. If you can't find the email, or would just like to browse to find it, you can visit our Member Dashboard, which provides buttons that lead to products, videos, and other information. For example, if you're looking for a course you purchased, click on the Courses button and you'll see a list of all the courses or workshops you own. Click on a course to begin the training for that course. If you're looking for an indicator you purchased, click on the Indicators button, where you can download the indicators you own for the platforms they're available for. Similarly, if you have subscribed to an Advisory, or would like the watch the recordings from an Intensive, you can click on the corresponding buttons to view them.
If it's a book that you can't find, then double-check for an email with a link to your book. If you can't find it, contact our support team at email@example.com and they'll provide you with the information on how to access the book.
