If you cancel an advisory service, indicator, etc., you may still receive information for the product or service for a few days. To verify that your product was refunded, check your credit card or bank statement to confirm that the refund is in place. If you continue to receive service-related emails, let our support team know so they can take you off of the mailing list for that service. We suggest that you do NOT unsubscribe or block the emails, as that could stop all emails from coming through from Base Camp Trading rather than just those related to your canceled service. If you do this by accident, let us know so we can correct the issue and get your desired emails from us back up and running.
