If you can't find the email that you received from Base Camp Trading after making a purchase, there's a simple way to find the purchases you made. Visit the BCT Member Dashboard at https://basecamptrading.com/member-home
Once on the dashboard, look for the buttons for your purchased content. If you bought a course, you'll find it under the Courses button. Indicators can be downloaded using the Indicators button. If you purchased an Advisory, the Advisories can be found under Advisory Services. These choices are pointed out by the large red arrows in the image of the dashboard, below. Intensive recordings can be found under the Intensive Programs button.
Note that if you were expecting to be notified with an email, such as when a book is offered, then you will need to access the content from the email. If you can't locate that email, then please let our support team know what you're looking for by contacting them at support@basecamptrading.com and they'll help you get access.
In the new version of the Member Dashboard, via the Momentum Trader's Club / Lounge or Income Trader's Club / Lounge, you'll see similar choices as shown here with the red arrows:
What does a lock hasp image over a button mean?
If you see a lock hasp in front of an image, it implies you don't yet have access to that part of our website. Please contact our support team to identify why you cannot open that part of our site. They will either unlock the section if you are entitled to it, or let you know what's required to get that section unlocked.
