You can resume your Platinum Membership by opening the Customer Portal link at https://basecamptrading.spiffy.co/manage, and following the instructions to get a magic link in your email, and then logging into the Customer Portal.
From the Customer Portal's Manage Billing screen, you can see when your next subscription payment is due. If it's not showing a Next payment date, then your membership is not continuing.
You can expand the Platinum Membership subscription by clicking on the > symbol to see more details, and from here, you can resume your subscription by clicking on the Resume Subscription button, which will only be present if your subscription is not set to automatically renew.
For those looking to verify that their membership has been canceled, you should see a notification of the cancelation date under the Next Payment button, and you shouldn't see a Resume Subscription button unless the membership is in canceled (or set to be canceled) state.
