If you placed an order for any Base Camp Trading course, indicator, or other item, you should receive a notification relatively quickly. The notification is typically via email. If you can't find a purchase confirmation or a reference to your purchased item, check if the message(s) went to your spam folder. Even if you can't locate a confirmation email, the indicator, course, or other content may already be available to you on our website. If you have the login details, you can log into basecamptrading.com and view the content directly. The username is typically the email address you used to make the purchase. Once on the site, click the Access Member Area link at the top of most pages to reach the Member Dashboard. From there, you can click on the Courses tab, for example, to gain access to the courses that are available to you. The Indicators button allows you to download your indicators.
