How do I know if my Platinum Membership is active?

One of the easiest ways to tell if your Platinum Membership is active is by checking whether you have access to some of the features provided by the service, such as access to the Live Trading Rooms, or to Naked Trading Mastery.  If you're still not sure, contact our support team for help at support@basecamptrading.com .
