If you'd like to stop a specific type of message coming from Base Camp Trading, you can click on the Unsubscribe link near the bottom of the message. However, when you click this, be careful to not unsubscribe to messages that you would like to receive, such as notifications from Advisory services. Note that we use two different email addresses to send most messages: email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org. Most advisory service messages come from the latter, so unsubscribe from those messages with caution so you don't inadvertently prevent messages you would like to receive. If you find you're not getting certain messages and you've recently unsubscribed, contact our support team at email@example.com for assistance.
There are other reasons why you may not be getting messages from us, such as failing to white-list the two email addresses that we use, at both your ISP and in your email client (the ISP may block messages before they reach you, and your desktop or phone client may move the files to a spam or junk folder if not whitelisted).
