You may notice a question mark in a pair of orange circles at the bottom right of some Base Camp Trading website pages, as shown in the image, below.
Clicking the question mark image activates Penny, Base Camp Trading's Virtual Assistant. When clicked, you can provide your email address and type any question related to your Base Camp Trading experience. Penny can help you with membership-related questions, or even questions about products, or trading in general. Over time, expect Penny to get smarter and even more informed about Base Camp Trading's products and services.
She's already familiar with our knowledge database, among other sources of information, and will try to give you some helpful information about your question.
