Here's how to change the credit card details for future Base Camp Trading charges, whether it's just updating the expiration date or providing a completely different number or new card.
- Step 1: Click on this Customer Portal link at https://basecamptrading.spiffy.co/manage. (If you see a screen that says, Manage Billing, then skip to Step 4)
- Step 2: Enter the email you used to purchase your Platinum Membership in the Order email box in the form that appears, and then click on the Send Magic Link button, as shown in the image below.
- Step 3: Check your email for a message entitled, Billing sign-in for Base Camp Trading. Open the email, and click on the Login link within.
- Step 4: This step assumes that you have reached the Manage Billing screen that's shown here:
Select the individual ongoing charge you want to update. An example of the recurring Platinum Membership is shown below. Locate the credit card currently on file for this recurring charge at the left of the screen, under Payment Method, as identified by the card type and its last few digits. Click on the pencil icon that's just to the right of the card details, and you can modify the credit card details. Once the new card details are saved, close the billing dialogs.
